New site of the Online Criminal Record

 The new site of the Online Criminal Record (OCR) was made available to the public on September 4th. This website was developed by TrumaxX to meet the requirements of the Directorate-General of Justice Administration (DGAJ). Access the site through the following link: https://registocriminal.justica.gov.pt/

 On this website, citizens may request and consult criminal record certificates, either their own person, or other companies and legal entities they are representatives of.

 This version of the OCR includes several improvements:

• Increased ease of use for citizens
• Fully responsive website design
• Integrated GPT based Chatbot assistance
• Improved autonomy and ease of use for the client (DGAJ), through a comprehensive and intuitive backoffice, which includes a graphical statistics real-time monitor
• Use of Google's reCaptcha v3 service
• Possibility of canceling an access code previouslly issued
• Improvements on authentication via Citizen Card/Digital Mobile Key

 It is possible to make payments via Visa/Mastercard and Multibanco. In the near future, aditional payment methods will be added - Paypal and DUC (Documento Único de Cobrança). Another payment method currently under evaluation is MB-Way - very popular within Portugal.
